Chef Joseph Kramer has begun changing the Vintage House menu. It will debut on October 1st at the Vintage House. The exciting thing about this menu is the focus on our local Brazos Valley producers, artisans, and growers. This is an expansion on the local menu we have been developing over the last two years. Messina Hof has always grown our own seasonal vegetables and herbs, used the local Wateroaks Farms cheeses, Monterey Mushrooms, Royalty Pecans, and Blue Bell ice cream. Now we move to an even greater focus on local and Texas with Gulf seafood, Nolan Ryan Beef, and Sanderson Farms chickens on our menu. In fact the Eagle did a great story on it today.
Eating local supports our local economy, brings the focus back to the small family farms and businesses, and assures you of the freshest and best product possible. On top of that we serve it with our Messina Hof wines which have been produced right here in the Brazos Valley since 1977. Please ask for Messina Hof wherever you dine and come to the Vintage House to truly enjoy Brazos Valley cuisine.
