The Designer Event Staff and Chef Dwight Sherman would like to invite you to a special cooking party on Thursday, May 12th at 6:30pm. This cooking party will be especially unique because we will be having an authentic Seafood Boil! This Seafood Boil consists of Louisiana Crawfish, Creole Boiled Shrimp, Creole Boiled Corn Cob and Smoked Sausage. The Seafood Boil will be paired with Messina Hof Gewurztraminer 2008, Beau, and Private Reserve Shiraz 2006. But that’s not it… after gorging yourself on all you can eat seafood make sure to save room for dessert. Chef Sherman is making a southern style Blackberry Cobbler that will be paired with Paulo Port 2004! We recommend you make advance reservations for this class that is sure to fill up.
