1. Pour yourself a big glass of your favorite Messina Hof red wine (right now we’re loving Private Reserve Cabernet Franc!)
2. Make a cup of green tea.
3. Stir together your tea, 1 tbsp of your chosen Messina Hof red wine, 1 tbsp of plain yogurt with active cultures, and 2 tbsp of raw honey.
4. Once everything is mixed up, apply the face mask for 10-15 minutes, and let the wine’s antioxidants soak in.
