Shipped all the way from Italy, this new technology provides multiple benefits. Not only can the press process up to 12 tons of fruit at a time, it is far more efficient utilizing less power and water. But the best advantage of the new press? It produces a better quality wine for our consumers by applying a more even and gentle pressure to the juice.
As we continue our growth here at Messina Hof we are making big changes to keep up with the supply of grapes. We look forward to sharing wines made with our new press to all our fellow Texas wine drinkers!
